  • Month 4 - Boundaries, creating healthy boundaries, two written exercises, two 45 min coaching sessions

  • Month 5 - Acceptance, two written exercises, two 45 min coaching sessions

  • Month 6 - Compassion, embracing yourself with compassion, two written exercises, two 45 min coaching sessions, and a custom guided imagery session recording.

Are you ready to change the way you treat yourself? In this 3 month program you will get to know yourself in new ways by practicing mindfulness, uncover your core values, and begin to set compassionate boundaries for yourself.
